  • Same day appointments are welcomed during business hours, however, please call for same day appointment to check for availability. Same day appointments are not allowed for parties greater than 4. If an appointment needs to be cancelled, please do so within 2 hours of appointment time.  Appointments will be cancelled for arrivals more than 15 minutes after the appointment time. No refund will be processed for missed appointments without notification at least 2 hours prior the scheduled appointment time or late arrivals after 15 minutes. 

  • Service is available after normal business hours for Sundays and Tuesdays only. Prior notification and approval at least 72 hours in advance is required to ensure availability. After hours convenience fees of $50 for in clinic and $100 for mobile requests will be applied in addition to other IV service charges. Payment total MUST be paid in advance. No exceptions. 

  • The age limit for services is 13 and up. 

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been agreed upon with the owner. An invoice will be sent to clients making appointments by phone or online chat.

  • Credit, debit, FSA, and HSA card payment methods are accepted. Cash payments are accepted but not preferred as cash is not kept on hand for change. Please note, most FSA and HSA accounts are accepted. If a payment is declined by HSA/FSA, it is related to that bank. 

  • Mobile service is available for IV drip services ONLY, NOT injections only. The service(s) require a minimum duration of 30 minutes to qualify for mobile service. There is a fee of $75 for all mobile appointments for up to 5 clients. Groups of 6 or more require a mobile fee of $100. The mobile service area includes Columbia, Blythewood, Elgin, Chapin (limited), West Columbia, Forest Acres, Irmo, Northeast Columbia, and South Columbia, and Lexington (limited). If booking online, the mobile service fee must be added to the cart and paid prior to appointment time. If booking via telephone or chat, the fee will be sent by invoice and requires payment prior to appointment time. If there is an active inclement weather alert in the area, mobile appointments will not be available. Inclement weather warnings in service areas will be cancelled for mobile appointments. 

  • If you are not feeling well due to a viral illness, have a fever greater than 100.4F, and/or actively vomiting, please schedule a mobile appointment. ** Walk-ins will not be accepted for clients with any of the aforementioned symptoms. 

  • Some IV treatments may require pretreatment lab work. Please inquire if indicated. 

  • Prices on all services are subject to change without notice.
